We have an experienced team of support staff who are always available to help you with any problems that may arise, 7 days a week.

Being part of the Team

Steve’s School of Motoring holds regular driving instructor meetings so that our instructors can voice any ideas that they may have and as well as being kept up to date with what Steve’s School of Motoring is doing for you. This is seen as being a great time for instructors to meet each other and socialise. We try to keep our instructors up to date with what is happening in the industry. Often we have guests such as the local head examiner (SE ADI) giving guidance on any changes to regulations etc.

Advertising and marketing are a key priority for Steve’s School of Motoring.  Our campaigns are run in specially targeted areas based on where you would like to work. They include

• Door-to-Door leaflet distribution
• Local newspaper adverts
• Internet based marketing including social networking sites
• Radio adverts
• Our sign written cars are clearly visible and you will be provided with one of our roof signs.

Driving Instructor Franchise options

We offer a range of flexible driving instructor franchise options to suit your lifestyle. Please give us a call on 020 8207 5002 to discuss in more detail.

Option 1 - Full Time Franchise

Steve’s School of Motoring will provide you with a full time diary of work. This option is ideal for instructors who have their own tuition vehicle and wish to work full time.

Option 2 - Part Time Franchise

Steve’s School of Motoring will provide you with a part time diary of work. This allows up to 14 hours work per week. This option is ideal for instructors who have family or other work commitments which prevent from instructing full-time. It also appeals to trainee instructors who wish to gain their ADI licence before operating full time. This may also be an ideal franchise option for people returning to work after a long-term absence.

Option 3 - Full Time Franchise with Tuition Vehicle

With full time driving instructor franchises, Steve’s School of Motoring will provide you with a full time diary of work. This option is ideal for instructors who do not have their own tuition vehicle and would like one to be provided. You will usually be supplied with a New Ford Fiesta driving instructor car which is fully equipped for teaching. The tuition vehicle will be fitted with dual controls. All insurance, tax and general maintenance costs will be covered.
